Important: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and lbk8 ("Platform"). Continued use of this platform is considered full acceptance of all terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lbk8 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between lbk8 and all users of our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use lbk8's services. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
lbk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
2. Membership Eligibility
To register and use lbk8 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
- Is registering as an individual under their own name — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
- Be located in a jurisdiction that permits online betting activities for personal use.
- Has never been banned, suspended or blocked from using lbk8 or any related platform previously.
- Not listed on any active self-exclusion list or gambling protection programme.
Age Verification: lbk8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within 7 calendar days may result in your account being suspended.
Lbk8 takes the protection of minors seriously. Should we identify any account belonging to an underage individual, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be forfeited in accordance with applicable rules.
3. Member Account Rules
Each lbk8 member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is a serious violation and may result in all associated accounts being closed without a refund.
- All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone — including family members.
- Lbk8 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account due to your own negligence.
- Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to customer support immediately.
Balance transfers between different member accounts are prohibited unless made through methods approved by lbk8. Any attempt to transfer balances unauthorised may result in immediate account suspension.

Withdrawal Rules:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
- All withdrawals will be processed within 1 to 3 hours business days.
- The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your lbk8 account.
- Lbk8 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving large withdrawals.
- Withdrawals pending AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification may take up to 5 business days to process.
Important Note: Any deposit made using a payment method not in your own name may result in your account being suspended and the deposit withheld pending investigation.
5. Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers
All bonuses and promotions offered by lbk8 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all lbk8 bonuses:
- Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
- Welcome Bonus up to RM 888 is only available to new members who have not previously registered.
- Only one bonus may be used at a time unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses obtained through illegitimate means, promotion abuse, or the use of multiple accounts will be fully forfeited.
- Lbk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- The 5% weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses and credited every Monday.
- The daily 3% deposit bonus requires a minimum deposit of RM 50 and a 3x rollover.
Any attempt to exploit the bonus system — including the use of duplicate accounts, coordination across multiple accounts, or low-risk betting strategies solely to meet rollover requirements — will be considered abuse and may result in the forfeiture of all winnings and bonuses.
6. General Betting Rules
All bets placed at lbk8 are subject to the following rules:
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except through the Cash Out feature available for selected matches.
- Lbk8 reserves the right to void, reject or limit any bet suspected of involving fraud, match-fixing or insider information.
- In the event of a technical error or odds published at an obviously incorrect value, lbk8 reserves the right to void the affected bets without compensation.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market type — please check the respective betting page for details.
- The maximum winnings for a single bet ticket is RM 500,000 unless otherwise stated.
- Official results issued by the relevant sporting body are final for the purpose of settling bets at lbk8.
For in-play betting, odds are updated in real time. Bets submitted during network delays or system lag may be automatically rejected to ensure fairness for all members.
Virtual Sports & E-Sports: Betting on virtual sports and e-sports such as MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, and CS:GO is subject to additional rules outlined in the Virtual Sports and Sports section of the platform.
7. Accepted User Conduct
All lbk8 members are required to act responsibly and ethically while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the lbk8 platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through this platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or damage lbk8's technical infrastructure.
- Using the platform for purposes other than personal betting and entertainment.
- Spreading false or misleading information about lbk8 to the public.
- Acting rudely, making threats, or behaving inappropriately toward our customer support team.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Lbk8 takes the privacy of all its members seriously. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy detailed policy.
- Your personal information is used solely for identity verification, transaction processing, and account-related communications.
- Lbk8 will not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
- Transaction data is securely stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and is accessible only to authorised personnel.
- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.
9. Account Cancellation & Closure
You may close your lbk8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn and that no bets remain unsettled.
Lbk8 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any of these Terms & Conditions.
- Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 months consecutive without any login activity.
Inactive Account: Accounts inactive for 12 months will be subject to an administrative fee of RM 10 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. An email notice will be sent 30 days before charges begin.
10. Liability Limits
Lbk8 provides its betting platform on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- Lbk8 is not liable for any financial losses incurred from bets placed on this platform.
- Lbk8 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, errors or technical delays.
- Lbk8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential damages or loss of opportunity arising from use of the platform.
- Lbk8's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Lbk8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or a notice on the platform's homepage at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are made for urgent security or legal reasons.
It is each member's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the lbk8 platform after any amendments take effect will be considered full acceptance of the revised terms.
